Booking Process

Bookings through https://sportstoursandalusia.com/ follow these steps:

1. Select your desired service on our website.

2. Choose your accommodation type, stay dates, and number of guests.

3. Pick a room category and applicable rate, if relevant.

4. Add any extra services such as sports activities or excursions.

5. Enter your personal details and, if required, payment details, then accept the booking terms.

6. Review your booking information for accuracy.

7. Confirm the reservation, which will generate a confirmation page.

8. Receive an email with full booking details.

STA maintains an electronic record of each booking. Clients will receive an email confirmation with their booking details for reference.

After booking, please review the details for any inaccuracies. To request corrections, cancellations, contact our reservation team at email info@sportstoursandalusia.com with your booking details.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

The content on this website—including texts, images, designs, videos, logos, and software—is owned by or licensed to STA. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Trademarks, logos, and distinctive signs appearing on this website belong to STA or are used with proper authorization.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or modification of this content for commercial purposes without prior authorization is not permitted.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

Booking Conditions

Reservations are secured via credit card, with card details stored securely.

For special offers, promotions, or non-refundable rates, a deposit may be charged at booking and deducted from the final bill.

Changes or cancellations must be made before check-in as specified in the booking conditions. Modifications depend on availability and applicable fees.

Guests must present their booking confirmation, in print or digital format, upon arrival. STA is not responsible for reservation errors if confirmation is not provided.

All guests, including minors, must provide valid identification to verify their booking, any applicable discounts, and the cardholder’s identity if prepayment was made.

Payments are processed in the local currency. Prices displayed in other currencies are for reference and may vary due to exchange rates.

Pricing

Unless stated otherwise, rates are based on double occupancy. Prices may change based on the number of occupants.

Rates include applicable taxes at the time of booking. Any tax changes after booking may affect the final price.

Data Protection

Transactions

Due to exchange rate fluctuations and potential banking fees, the amount charged may differ slightly from the amount displayed at booking.

As per Law 7/2012, cash payments exceeding legal limits are not allowed. Non-residents making transactions above these limits must provide proof of tax residence.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. Sports Tours Andalusia is not liable for any inability to participate in sports activities due to weather conditions beyond our control

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Participant Liability Acknowledgement of Risk

Sports Tours Andalusia acts solely as a booking and organizing agent for sports experiences provided by third-party service providers. By participating in any sports activity booked through Sports Tours Andalusia, you agree to the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
To understand that participation in sports such as tennis, rock climbing, kite surfing, scuba diving, and other physical activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, or even death. By booking, you would voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Third-Party Responsibility
An acknowledgment that all sports instruction and activities are delivered by independent third-party providers, not by Sports Tours Andalusia. By booking, you agree that Sports Tours Andalusia is not responsible for the conduct, actions, negligence, or omissions of these third-party providers, their staff, or their facilities.

3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You release, waive, and discharge Sports Tours Andalusia, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from or in connection with injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in any sport or activity arranged through the company.

4. Insurance
By booking, you confirm that you have, or will obtain, appropriate personal health and/or travel insurance that covers sports-related injuries. You understand that Sports Tours Andalusia does not provide personal insurance coverage.

5. Fitness to Participate
You understand that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the selected activities. You will notify relevant instructors or providers of any medical conditions or limitations that may affect your participation.
